Job Description—
The HR Head would be responsible of handling the whole gamut of activities of the HR.
- The candidate would be responsible for spearheading the entire gamut of HR activities viz., Manpower Planning, End to end Recruitment, Training & Development, MIS, Performance appraisal (PMS), Organizational Development, Legal and Statutory compliance etc., among others.
- The candidate would be required to introduce new HR initiatives like: benefits & incentive restructuring, Rewards and Recognition etc
- Formulate and implement the organization HR policies and Practices, in line with the latest in the industry
- Management of taskforce entailing orientation, career development, wage & salary administration and grievance handling
- Handling the administrative work and overall management of the organization.
- To monitor and effectively manage all employee relations issues to ensure maximum employee satisfaction and engagement
- To assist and advise management on all aspects of people management.
Specifications—
- At least 8 years of experience as an HR professional, in which at least 4 years should have been leading a team of HR professionals within a similar industry/sector
- A style that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Strong technical HR skills & excellent communication skills
- Highly effective interpersonal skills
- Full Time MBA or a Post-Graduate Diploma
